Is an order form submission a payment?
No. The order form records a request when the database is connected. You then use the verified support route to confirm payment details. Payment verification and activation are separate steps.
Where can I get installation help?
Use the setup hub and the page for the exact app or device. If the download name, code or login screen differs, message Golden OTT before entering account details.
