Use the documented native workflow
- Confirm the actual TV OS, full model and version; a Hisense manufacturer name does not identify VIDAA by itself.
- Use the model’s own native app-store instructions. The cited 40A4GV/U4.2 manual uses APP STORE → select app → Install, then My Apps; this legacy path is not universal 2026 menu wording.
