A past guide entry is not necessarily replayable. Confirm that the exact channel, time window, account and player expose a supported archive.
Identify the state you can actually observe
Live video, a schedule, a catch-up archive and an on-demand copy are different resources. A player can display yesterday’s programme label while having no archive source to open. A separately listed film is not evidence that the earlier broadcast is replayable.
Identify the requested broadcast
Record the channel/feed, programme, original date and timezone. Specify whether you need the complete broadcast or a separately available highlight or episode.
Look for the actual replay control
Check the installed player’s supported archive view and any channel-specific replay marker. Compare a source known to expose an archive on that account if one has been confirmed.
Confirm the provided window
Ask support whether the exact channel and programme fall within the issued archive window and whether the selected player accepts that route. A global catch-up label does not establish coverage for every item.
A worked comparison
If yesterday’s label is visible but no archive action is offered for that channel, moving the device clock will not create the missing replay. If an archive opens for another confirmed channel, keep that working example in the report so the scope remains clear.
Choose the applicable platform route
Use the native setup guide for the actual device. The links below identify platform context; they do not certify a particular player build on that hardware.

Avoid an inconclusive reset
Do not promise a fixed replay duration across the catalogue or treat all historical guide entries as included recordings. Do not convert a private account through an unknown replay service.
What to include in a private report
Channel/feed, programme date/timezone, visible archive controls, confirmed window and reference archive result.
Send the report to Golden OTT. Omit passwords, complete private playlist URLs, activation keys and device identifiers from public captures.
