Separate an accepted profile from a finished catalogue load. Check the selected profile, filters and affected sections before creating another account or clearing local data.
Identify the state you can actually observe
A saved profile can appear in a player even when its catalogue has not loaded. An empty live category can also coexist with a working movie library. State what is visible instead of using “login failure” for every empty screen.
Check which profile opened
Review the local profile label and the intended account privately. If several profiles exist, select the one being tested. A familiar label is not proof that the underlying source is the intended one.
Return to the complete category view
Clear the player’s search/filter state and inspect live, movies and series separately where supplied. Check hidden/favourite-only groups and any applicable parental view without exposing a PIN.
Let one catalogue refresh finish
Use the supported list refresh once and note its progress/error. Preserve a working profile before removing anything. If all sections stay empty, ask support to confirm the issued account/package rather than repeatedly recreating it.
A worked comparison
If a search for one spelling returns nothing but the unfiltered category contains entries, the problem is discovery. If movies load and every live group remains empty after a completed refresh, report that narrower scope. Neither result proves a permanent catalogue entitlement.
Choose the applicable platform route
Use the native setup guide for the actual device. The links below identify platform context; they do not certify a particular player build on that hardware.

Avoid an inconclusive reset
Do not import an unrelated public playlist into the same profile merely to produce a populated screen. That replaces the source under test and can make the original issue harder to reproduce.
What to include in a private report
Selected profile, active filters, which catalogue sections load, refresh result and exact app/build.
Send the report to Golden OTT. Omit passwords, complete private playlist URLs, activation keys and device identifiers from public captures.
