The standard personal plan lists one active connection. Stop other playback sessions before retesting the intended device, and confirm any additional concurrent-use terms with support.
Identify the state you can actually observe
Device ownership, player installations and simultaneous service sessions are different counts. A longer subscription duration changes the selected term; it does not automatically add a second active connection. A third-party player licence can also have separate device rules.
Identify the intended account
Confirm the private account reference and exact displayed message. A rejected login, expired term and connection-limit notice are not interchangeable states.
Close the earlier playback
Stop playback on other devices and close the earlier player session. A paused or background player may need to be closed deliberately. Do not start two reference streams while testing an allowance of one.
Retest one route
Use the intended device and one named source. Keep the account method and connection unchanged. If the notice remains, send the time and private reference so support can review the issued allowance and state.
A worked comparison
An account can be present on two household devices while the intended routine uses only one at a time. Whether a particular paired or portal account can be moved requires its own confirmed process. Installation count is not permission for concurrent playback.
Choose the applicable platform route
Use the native setup guide for the actual device. The links below identify platform context; they do not certify a particular player build on that hardware.

Avoid an inconclusive reset
Do not buy a twelve-month term on the assumption that it includes more connections, or share credentials to test how many sessions the system will tolerate. Ask about the required allowance before payment.
What to include in a private report
Exact notice, intended allowance, stopped sessions, current device/player, timestamp and private account reference.
Send the report to Golden OTT. Omit passwords, complete private playlist URLs, activation keys and device identifiers from public captures.
